The tour starts at the front door and moves into the main living room, where a fireplace sits under a wall-mounted smart TV and timber floors run through the whole house. To one side is the dining table that seats the full group; French doors look out to the front courtyard where most guests take their morning coffee.

From there the camera moves into the open-plan kitchen — a large stone island bench, full-size oven and cooktop, and everything you need to cook a proper dinner for ten rather than living on takeaway. Beyond the kitchen is the second lounge, a lighter sitting area with a rattan chair and windows onto the garden.

The hallway then leads past the laundry to the covered back deck, with the BBQ, a long outdoor table and the bushland reserve directly behind the fully enclosed yard. There is an outdoor shower here for sandy feet and sandy dogs.
